Good Things Are On the Rise

Everyone, at some point in their life needs help to get through the unexpected events that leave you wondering, "How am I ever going to get through this?"  RISE recognizes this, and Our Team is here to help point you in the right direction.  Whether it's a devastating natural disaster that has left you feeling hopeless or a family emergency that leaves you struggling to buy food or afford a place to live, we will collaborate with our Partners to see how we can get you back on your feet.   

Looking towards the future, the RISE Working Groups continue to research funding options to be able to expand or offer new services and programs.  In order to stay on top of what our community needs, we encourage residents to join one or more of our five groups.  Community input is what keeps RISE Staff focusing our time and resources on what is most important to the people of Happy Camp.
